Chopped Greek Salad

Ready to feel like you're sitting seaside on a perfect Mediterranean day? Here's a beautiful, bright, summer salad that will help you beat the heat!
15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 small red onion, diced
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 cucumbers, diced
4 roma tomatoes, diced
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon basil (fresh or dried)
Add chickpeas, red onion, feta, cucumber, and tomatoes to a large bowl and stir to combine
Add remaining ingredients to a mason jar to make the dressing.
Shake to combine and pour dressing over salad
