Orange Wheatgrass Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water

  • 1/2 cup milk substitute

  • 1/4 cup fresh wheatgrass

  • 1 orange or 2 tangerines

  • 1/2 banana frozen

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

1. Put everything in a blender and churn it up!
