Quick Pickled Radishes

About this time of year you may be getting a tad sick of radishes. But there are so many ways of eating them! However, if you're totally over it here's a recipe to preserve your goods so that they stay edible for the long run.

Ingredients:
8-10 medium to large radishes
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Wash radishes and remove greens
2. Slice thinly and pack in pint jar
3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into jar.
4. Wait at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
