Kale Chips

A perfect afternoon snack that satisfy your need for a salty crunch


1 bunch kale

2 tbsp olive oil

sea salt

seasonings (see below for different options, or omit for a simpler recipe)


1. Preheat oven to 275

2. Prep kale by removing ribs and tearing up leaves into 2 inch pieces.

3. Combine seasonings in food processor until smooth.

4.Toss with oil and seasonings.

5. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 20 min, turning once.


Nacho Cheese:

½ lemon, juiced 1/2 red pepper 1/3 cup tahini or sesame seeds 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast Sea salt to taste

Sour Cream and Onion:

1 cup raw cashews 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup water (or just as much as you need to make this mix creamy)

Dijon Dill:

½ cup fresh dill ¼ cup nutritional yeast 2 Tbsp dill pickle juice (yep) 1 cup cashews ½ red bell pepper 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard ½ cup water Sea salt to taste Cayenne (optional)
